2. Why do we process your personal data?

The Web treats identified data (name, email, phone number) provided through the contact form, with the purpose of manage the communication. The legal basis of this treatment is answering the User’s queries.

We also access to User’s navigation data (IP, browser, location,…) from the cookies installed and agreed by the User’s, the data relative about the users navigation habits shall be treated to improve the Web contents and services. 3. How long will your personal data be retained for?

The personal data will be kept while the purposes of the treatments still last for which they were provided, and their deletion or cancelation has not been requested by the user and for the maximum of two years from its consent.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties; however, the Data Controller may have suppliers who may access to the data as per the services contracted. 6. Automated decisions and data profiling

7. Are the data subjected to international data transfers?

In principle the data are not subjected to international data transfers, however, the Data Controller may have service suppliers whom develop or are located out of the European Economic Area. The Data Controller shall ensure the data access or treatment by the service suppliers must be submitted fulfilling the legal basis regarding the international data treatment, that means the inclusion of the standard contractual clauses included in the agreements used with the service suppliers, or privacy certifications, both legal measures approved by the European Union.
